English Muffin is a small design studio dedicated to creating beautiful, fun and educational prints for kids and kids at heart.

As a graphic designer and muffin lover, founder Bess Callard finds endless joy in dreaming up new and wonderful ideas for the English Muffin shop. Inspiration comes in many forms, from old books of botanical drawings, to summer evenings eating ice cream to vintage automobiles, Bess finds the simplicity and beauty of everyday life...well, inspiring!

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Bess is currently living in Vienna, Austria with her boyfriend and her dog. In addition to being a graphic designer, Bess has also worked as a professional dancer with dance companies in Toronto, and is currently teaching English to Kindergarten and Volkschule students here in Vienna.
